Job Title: Business Development Representative/Inside Sales

Wolters Kluwer Italia S.r.l., a leading player in the development of software applications for professionals and businesses, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join its Legal & Regulatory division.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through traditional and digital sales channels, focusing on the Corporate and PA markets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as potential sales opportunities
  • Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building with potential clients
  • Identifying client needs and demonstrating relevant solutions and services
  • Building long-term relationships with clients
  • Personalizing product solutions to increase client satisfaction
  • Organizing meetings or calls between clients and assigned account managers
  • Reporting sales results, trends, and KPIs to management on a regular basis
  • Staying up-to-date on new products and services and providing valuable contributions to their development
Requirements and Competencies:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the ICT sector
  • Strong knowledge of software solutions and relevant markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in Italian and English
