About this role:


We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Engineer In Vitro to join our team in Lombardia and Veneto area.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Performing installation, configuration, repairs and training on assigned hardware and software products (Automation and Clinical Chemistry/Immunoassay) within the designated area.
  • Ensuring complete execution of all preventive maintenance on the assigned assets.
  • Working with Project Management and Application Specialist to successfully implement complex solutions.
  • Collaborating with the local Customer Service team to delight Customers.
  • Reporting all activities into the ERP system to satisfy Complaint Handling processes.
  • Interacting with the Technical Solution Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of the issues.
  • Reporting potential issues to the Dedicated Complaint Unit in a timely manner.

Your profile should include:



  • A degree in mechanical, electronic or biomedical engineering or equivalent working experience in customer service environments.
  • Good knowledge of in-vitro diagnostic Market.
  • Knowledge of MS ambient, networking and IT Hardware.
  • A willingness to travel within the assigned area and across Italy as needed.
  • Previous experience in Customer facing roles.
  • A team working attitude, proactive and able to take self-initiatives.
  • Communication skills – making complex issues easy to understand.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbally).
  • A valid Car License.
