Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support the global Functions in our Grid Integration Business Unit (BU).
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with managers and employees to understand current issues and provide HR solutions
* Implement HR processes and ensure compliance with Group policy and guidelines
* Support organizational design and development, including the implementation of the operating model and optimization of organization structures
* Develop and implement learning and development activities to build technical, functional, and leadership competence
* Identify and build talent bench strength and utilize leadership pillars and diversity initiatives to drive culture and behavior
Requirements:
* 10 years of Human Resource generalist experience in a global, multi-national matrix environment
* Strong track record and passion in operationalizing transformation, organizational, and talent development
* Proven ability to coach employees and management through complex issues and strong problem-solving ability
* Data literacy and leading by influence
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
