**Descrizione del Lavoro**

Il Floor Manager è un ruolo fondamentale per la gestione del negozio e del personale. In questo ruolo, si è responsabili della gestione quotidiana del negozio, inclusa la gestione del personale, la vendita e la logistica.

**Compiti e Responsabilità**

  • **Gestione del Personale**: supportare il responsabile del punto vendita nell'attività di reclutamento dei collaboratori e garantire la loro formazione iniziale ed il loro positivo inserimento nel team.
  • **Vendita e Logistica**: partecipare attivamente alla prevenzione e al controllo delle perdite del negozio, gestire la merce ed il personale in ingresso ed uscita, e garantire la gestione quotidiana del registratore di cassa.
  • **Amministrazione e Gestione delle Risorse**: svolgere i compiti amministrativi connessi all'assunzione, identificare il potenziale dei dipendenti e fornire feedback giornalieri, e garantire la sicurezza generale dei beni e delle persone del proprio negozio.

**Requisiti e Qualifiche**

  • **Esperienza**: precedente esperienza nella gestione di punti vendita strutturati, preferibilmente in contesti dinamici e multinazionali.
  • **Conoscenze**: buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, leadership e buone capacità relazionali e comunicative, e conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Outlook, Word ed Excel).
