Job Title: Cloud Solutions Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business manager in all aspects of vendor operational management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support end-to-end product and vendor lifecycle management, ensuring system accuracy and product adoption and creation in our systems.
  • Collaborate with the profit team to implement vendor pricing strategies and manage exceptions.
  • Develop and maintain operational relationships with vendor peers to discuss future products, forecasting, and planning processes.
  • Streamline and improve integrated end-to-end processes through automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide support to the sales floor with pricing, shipping, and debit queries, as well as general product information and order management.
Requirements:
  • Commercial/product experience in a technology business, preferably with SAP R3 and Business Warehouse experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with English as the primary language.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with good MS Excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Customer-focused, with initiative and experience in operational cadence.
