About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager - Cloud to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business manager in all aspects of vendor operational management, with a focus on cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end product and vendor lifecycle management, ensuring system accuracy and product adoption and creation in our systems.
- Collaborate with the profit team to implement vendor pricing strategies and manage exceptions and corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain operational relationships with vendor peers to discuss future products, forecasting, and planning processes, as well as product sell-out.
- Streamline and improve integrated end-to-end processes through automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Support the sales floor with pricing, shipping, and debit queries, as well as general product inquiries and order management.
Requirements:
- Commercial/product experience in a technology business, preferably with SAP R3 and Business Warehouse experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with English as the primary language.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with good MS Excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Customer focus, initiative, and experience with strong operational cadence.
