Job Description

The Human Resources Administration Manager will oversee all administrative activities related to human resources for InPost Italy. This role requires regular interactions with external payroll firms and attention to regulatory compliance and accuracy of administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and improve HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee record management.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor laws across regions.
  • Administer employee records and ensure accurate maintenance in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure HR practices and documentation align with company policies and government regulations.
  • Implement and manage automation for various HR administrative tasks to enhance efficiency.
Payroll and Benefits Management:
  • Manage the payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of salaries, bonuses, and commissions.
  • Manage and update the payroll budget and HR budget.
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees with questions about payroll or benefits.
  • Oversee relationships with external vendors for payroll, benefits administration, recruitment services, etc.
  • Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and contracts with HR service providers.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
  • Oversee the administration of employee lifecycle events, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Work with HR Business Partners to ensure smooth transitions and proper documentation for employee changes.
  • Prepare reports on employee lifecycle events.
Analytics and Data Management:
  • Manage ISTAT questionnaires and data room.
  • Prepare Benchmark analysis, reports, and dashboards.
  • Coordinate and prepare for audits related to HR practices, ensuring complete and accurate records and documents.
