About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Rdcom. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by performing a range of activities, including cold calling, lead management, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform cold calling to qualify leads and support the sales team in closing deals
- Manage leads from initial contact to direct sale or support of the sales representative
- Organize demos of our multichannel platform, InTouch, and provide administrative support to the sales team
- Conduct market research, profiling, and research of potential new customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements

- Proven experience in dynamic and result-oriented environments
- Commercial experience with a focus on acquiring new customers
- Excellent communication and dialectical skills, with the ability to work effectively in telephone contact
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Office 365 and related applications
- Excellent command of the English language
