Job Description

Job Title: Dynamic Sales Operations Specialist
Location: Montorio, Verona
We are looking for a skilled Sales Operation Specialist who will support our sales team by performing various activities such as cold calling, lead management, organization of demos, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be able to map the market, research potential new customers, search for company contact persons, and manage contracts and customer requests.


Responsibilities
  • Cold calling for preliminary qualification of company requirements
  • Lead management up to direct sale or in support of the sales representative
  • Organization of demos of the multichannel platform InTouch
  • Administrative support to sales through the preparation of necessary documentation
  • Market mapping, profiling, and research of potential new customers
  • Search for appropriate company contact person to propose offer
  • Contract management and assistance requests and renewals of customers
  • Performance analysis and monitoring
  • Creation of periodic trend reports
  • Identification of areas for improvement of sales processes

Requirements

The successful candidate should have experience in dynamic and result-oriented environments, commercial experience aimed at acquiring new customers, dialectical skills, and familiarity with telephone contact. Excellent use of main IT tools (Office 365) and knowledge of English language are also required.

Salary: €40,000 - €55,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
