Descrizione del ruolo

Il tuo ruolo sarà quello di condurre esperimenti analitici volti alla caratterizzazione strutturale, supportando lo sviluppo, la sperimentazione clinica e la produzione. Avrai l'opportunità di lavorare su progetti di comparabilità e di contribuire alla creazione di report di dati scientifici.

Attività principali
  • Condotta di esperimenti analitici per la caratterizzazione di biologici DS, DP e IPCs;
  • Interpretazione e analisi dei dati di spettrometria di massa;
  • Redazione di report scientifici;
  • Collaborazione con il team di ricerca e con i clienti.
Requisiti

Si richiede:

  • Laurea Magistrale in Chimica, Chimica Farmaceutica, la specializzazione in caratterizzazione biologica è considerata un plus;
  • Buona conoscenza della chimica delle proteine, glicoproteine, proteine ​​di fusione e affini metodi analitici di caratterizzazione strutturale con focus su RP, IEX, HIC, HILIC, SEC accoppiato alla spettrometria di massa (e.g. Orbitrap, MALDI, HDX, Quadrupolo).
