Certification Senior Training Consultant

RINA is seeking a highly skilled Certification Senior Training Consultant to join its team in Rome, Italy. As a key member of the Value Chain, Quality and Sustainability Product Management Division, you will be responsible for designing and delivering certification training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs for certification, considering various methods such as virtual, simulated, mentoring, on-the-job training, and professional development classes.
  • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  • Prospect for new clients and develop and maintain relationships with existing ones to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of Certification Training Services, focusing on the mass market and innovative products/services.
  • Provide market research and analysis to implement specific services meeting customer expectations and market developments in cooperation with the Marketing Function.
  • Manage customer relationships and lead generation, aligning services with strategic objectives.
  • Work with technical staff and other internal/external parties to meet customer and specific training needs.
  • Maintain an updated curriculum database and training records, and host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
  • Stay informed about new training methods and recommend improvements to enhance training effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Italian/English.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering certification training programs.
  • Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices.
  • MS-Office advanced.
