Certification Senior Training Consultant

RINA is seeking a highly skilled Certification Senior Training Consultant to join its team in Rome, Italy. As a key member of the Value Chain, Quality and Sustainability Product Management Division, you will be responsible for designing and delivering certification training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs that align with industry best practices and market trends.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills and knowledge gaps in our clients.
  • Design and deliver training programs that cater to the needs of our clients, including virtual, simulated, mentoring, on-the-job training, and professional development classes.
  • Manage client relationships and lead generation, aligning services with strategic objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with new training methods and recommend improvements to enhance training effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering certification training programs.
  • Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices.
  • MS-Office advanced.
