Certification Senior Training Consultant

RINA is seeking a highly skilled Certification Senior Training Consultant to join its team in Rome, Italy. As a key member of the Value Chain, Quality and Sustainability Product Management Division, you will be responsible for designing and delivering certification training programs that meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering certification training programs. You will be responsible for conducting organization-wide training needs assessments, identifying skills or knowledge gaps, and developing targeted training solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for prospecting for new clients, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and contributing to the development of Certification Training Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop certification training programs that meet the needs of RINA's clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Prospect for new clients and develop relationships with existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the development of Certification Training Services, including the creation of new training programs and the improvement of existing ones.
  • Provide information on customers, competitors, opportunities, and tenders to support business development and growth.
  • Manage customer relationships and lead generation to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Work with technical staff and other internal/external parties to meet customer and specific training needs.
  • Maintain an updated curriculum database and training records to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment to ensure a high-quality training experience.
  • Stay informed about new training methods and recommend improvements to enhance training effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Education Sciences.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering certification training programs.
  • Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices.
  • MS-Office advanced.
