#ELC Visual Merchandising and Store Design
The Role
The internship in Visual Merchandising and Store Design is designed for a passionate and detail-oriented individual who will join the Corporate VM & SD Team (Visual Merchandising & Store Design). With a customer-focused approach, this role entails ensuring flawless execution within Visual Merchandising by applying Brand guidelines to all permanent fixtures, own stores, counters, and makeup gondolas, as well as coordinating VM materials for retailers and Brand events.
Key Performance Areas
Collaborate closely with the Visual Merchandising (VM) Manager to analyze competitors across three distinct channels: national chains, traditional chains, and ultra-prestige. Continuously observe and identify best practices for scaling, maintaining curiosity, and staying informed about industry trends. Brief and oversee the execution of visibility activities and projects by effectively partnering with internal (brands, sales) and external stakeholders (agencies, suppliers) to ensure excellence in in-store execution. Adjust VM assets in alignment with global Brand strategy, preserving Brand equity while enhancing local relevance. Cultivate a deep understanding of Brand DNA and introduce innovative visual merchandising material concepts. Work alongside the Team to assist in the development of local trade materials. Analyze VM surveys through the internal platform quarterly, reporting results and feedback to inspire actionable enhancements. Create Corporate canvas presentations. QualificationsMinimum Education Level: Degree in Marketing Management, Visual Merchandising, Trade Marketing, or Retail Marketing. Proficiency in English: mandatory. Strong aesthetic sense and meticulous attention to detail. Curious, open-minded, and possessing a proactive attitude. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with excellent interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
