#ELC Visual Merchandising and Store Design

The Role

The internship in Visual Merchandising and Store Design is tailored for a passionate and detail-oriented candidate who will join the Corporate VM & SD Team (Visual Merchandising & Store Design). With a customer-focused mindset, this role entails ensuring flawless execution within Visual Merchandising by adhering to Brand guidelines across all permanent fixtures, owned stores, counters, and makeup displays, while coordinating VM materials for retailers and Brand events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Visual Merchandising (VM) Manager to analyze competitors across three distinct channels: national chains, traditional chains, and ultra-prestige.
  • Continuously observe and identify best practices for scaling, maintaining curiosity, and staying informed about industry trends.
  • Oversee the briefing and implementation of visibility initiatives and projects by effectively collaborating with internal (brands, sales) and external stakeholders (agencies, suppliers) to ensure excellence in in-store execution.
  • Adapt VM assets in alignment with global Brand strategies, preserving Brand equity while enhancing local relevance.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Brand DNA and introduce innovative visual merchandising material concepts.
  • Work with the Team to assist in the creation of local trade materials.
  • Analyze VM surveys through the internal platform quarterly, reporting results and feedback to inspire actionable enhancements.
  • Create Corporate canvas presentations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Education Level: Degree in Marketing Management, Visual Merchandising, Trade Marketing, or Retail Marketing.
  • Proficiency in the English language is mandatory.
  • A keen sense of aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Curious, open-minded, and possessing a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
