About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our Wholesale team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support to clients for administrative queries, including missing/damaged parcels, product availability, credit and stock returns, orders, and invoices.
  • Manage orders, track deliveries, and process special requests for IR MOB and MUB accounts.
  • Act as a key user for B2C systems, ensuring loyalty member data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure data integrity and process improvements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
About You

We are looking for a talented individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment or a similar customer service role in a Consumer Goods Business with SAP knowledge.

You should possess excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, strong organizational and planning skills, and a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in English, Spanish, and local language is required, with advanced Excel skills a plus.
