McPhy Energy S.A. is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist to join our team in San Miniato, Italy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering and a proven track record of improving process efficiency and quality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing systems, devices, equipment, processes, and procedures to optimize production efficiency, quality, and safety.

The role will involve analyzing existing systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new solutions to drive business growth and competitiveness.

The successful candidate will be a key member of our manufacturing team and will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define technical specifications and industrial characteristics for manufacturing systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and guide the robotization of stack assembly.
  • Define layouts for feeding components to be assembled and supervise suppliers based on predefined milestones.
  • Guide technological transitions of manufacturing leading projects to improve existing processes or implement new ones.
  • Support production to improve processes and reduce quality problems by creating clear processes and work standards.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5 years minimum experience in manufacturing, with experience in project management and/or leadership roles a plus.
  • Ability to plan and lead investment projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and define control processes and procedures.
  • Ability to run meticulous data analysis and synthesis of ideas for effective solution design.
  • Italian native speaker, fluent business English a must, French a plus.
