Job Title: Quality Manager Process

ManpowerGroup Italia, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a Quality Manager Process for Fincantieri Sistemi Integrati, a company within the Fincantieri Group, specializing in the design, production, and supply of innovative integrated systems for industrial electrical, electronic, and electromechanical components.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Manager Process to join our team in Milan (MI). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling the quality of our processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations. The Quality Manager Process will work within the Quality Department and report directly to the Department Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that our processes comply with quality standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections to monitor the effectiveness of our quality processes.
  • Analyze quality data and develop reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
  • Train personnel on quality requirements and SOPs.
  • Ensure continuous process improvement through the application of problem-solving techniques and process optimization.
  • Maintain up-to-date quality documents and certifications.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through monitoring of product and service quality.
Requirements and Competencies:
  • Strategic orientation and analytical skills.
  • Functional competence in English and knowledge of current legislation and regulations related to quality.
  • Technical and scientific knowledge in the area of quality and process control.
  • Good knowledge of auditing methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
  • Knowledge of quality management software and data analysis tools.
  • Responsibility and result-oriented approach.
  • Collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Team leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Quality Engineering or Management.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in process quality management in naval engineering, industrial plant engineering, oil & gas, or energy companies.
