Supplier Quality Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Purchasing team in Milan as a Supplier Quality Manager. Reporting directly to the Cost and Materials Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a Supplier Quality framework to drive excellence in the Business Unit.
  • Lead the Risk Assessment process for suppliers and materials, ensuring proactive risk mitigation and control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve supplier performance.
  • Design and implement supplier quality KPIs, driving continuous improvement and monitoring.
  • Align with Corporate Quality and Project Business Unit Product Quality, supporting NC resolution and audits.
Requirements:
  • Engineering or technical background with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
  • Proven track record in Supplier Quality management, preferably in automotive, home appliances, or oil&gas.
  • Extensive experience in audit execution and follow-up.
  • Familiarity with complex organizational contexts and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and willingness to travel up to 30%.
