About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled LC Technician to join our Italian team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of wind turbines at our customers' wind farms, focusing on large components replacement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform service and maintenance tasks on wind turbines, with a focus on large components replacement.
  • Work independently to solve problems on site, ensuring high operational reliability and providing excellent service to our customers.
  • Ensure that on-site work is carried out with safety as the highest priority.
  • Support our customers both remotely and onsite, and coordinate service operations and resolve product issues during large correctives.
  • Perform pre-defined, technical tasks such as basic commissioning of products and systems, integration of components to a system, basic engineering and maintenance jobs.

Requirements

  • Passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading the change.
  • A high school diploma (mechanical or electrical is a plus) and minimum 2 years of experience in the electricity- or mechanical industry.
  • Experience in wind industry is considered a significant advantage.
  • Comfortable working at high altitudes and thorough and high safety awareness.
  • Experience in working with cranes and platforms.
  • Driving license is a requirement in the service and you shall be flexible and prepared to travel as our customers' wind farms are spread over a large geographical area.
  • Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal, as some of the documentation and other tasks are completed in English.
