Job Title: Technical Sales Area Manager

ManpowerGroup, a leading global workforce solutions company, is seeking a Technical Sales Area Manager to join our team in Modena, Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their needs.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  6. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales growth.
  7. Travel to customer sites to provide technical support and build relationships.
  8. Develop and manage sales pipelines to ensure consistent revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in technical sales or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
