Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Raw Materials Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team at Bottega Veneta Logistica S.r.l. in Montebello Vicentino, Vicenza.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze material requirements through MRP monitoring and detailed analysis of predictive files.
  • Collaborate with internal demand planning, merchandising, and production planning functions.
  • Work with the planning office to achieve delivery targets for finished products.
  • Analyze demand for finished products in various dimensions.
  • Translate inputs from demand planning, merchandising, and production planning into procurement objectives and evidence.
  • Monitor, explain, prevent, and manage material obsolescence in collaboration with the Finance department.
  • Interface with various internal departments, including research materials, testing and measurements, intermediate phases, and quality control teams.
  • Manage quantitative analyses to support the Purchasing Manager.
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of IT tools supporting the Purchasing function in collaboration with the IT department and Business Intelligence.
  • Participate in and lead improvement projects.
  • Manage orders and work orders related to raw materials.
  • Follow up on supplier solicitations and schedule deliveries punctually.

    Requirements:

    • Engineering, Economics, and/or Statistics degree.
    • Strong problem-solving, synthesis, and quantitative analysis skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
    • Knowledge of Stealth, PLM, and Qlik systems is a plus.
    • 3-5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or demand planning roles.
    • Good English language skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Availability for supplier visits.
