International Admissions Advisor – EF Academy

We are seeking an International Admissions Advisor to enhance and promote our esteemed International Boarding School and facilitate the recruitment of students from Italy to our campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage with prospective families and students, informing them about EF Academy and the advantages of our educational offerings

· Promote our highly regarded programs to potential students and drive enrollment through various channels including phone calls, in-person meetings, and events

· Identify and recruit suitable candidates from Italy for our campuses

· Establish and nurture long-term relationships built on trust, guiding families through significant educational decisions

· Collaborate closely with international stakeholders across EF offices to ensure an exceptional experience for students and their families

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree

· Proficiency in Italian and a high level of English (C1 required)

· Previous experience in sales, education, recruitment, hospitality, or customer service

· Experience living, working, or studying abroad

· Background in IB Diploma or boarding school is advantageous

· A genuine passion for assisting families in making important educational choices

· Strong determination to meet and exceed individual performance targets
