We are currently seeking a highly skilled Consultant Engineer to join our Paris Operations Engineering team based in the Milan office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the safety and security of their operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored risk management strategies.
- Conduct on-site loss prevention evaluations to identify potential hazards and exposures.
- Develop and implement effective risk mitigation plans to minimize losses and ensure business continuity.
- Work closely with the Account Team to ensure that clients receive comprehensive risk management solutions.
- Provide expert advice on loss prevention and risk management best practices to clients.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance client operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our services.
Qualifications
- 5-year degree in a relevant field (chemical or electrical engineering) with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production, maintenance, or process hazards consulting.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and mitigating risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Fluency in Italian and English, with French and Spanish a plus.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned geographical area and operation territory.
