Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Consultant Engineer to join our Paris Operations Engineering team based in the Milan office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the safety and security of their operations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site loss prevention evaluations to identify potential hazards and exposures.
  • Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to minimize losses and ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to address their risk management challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the most effective risk management solutions.
  • Communicate complex risk management concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner, ensuring they understand the importance of proactive risk mitigation.
  • Work closely with our Account Engineering team to develop and implement comprehensive risk management plans that meet our clients' unique needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance our clients' risk management capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 5-year degree in a relevant field (chemical or electrical engineering) with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in production, maintenance, or process hazards consulting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with French and Spanish a plus.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the operation territory.
