About the Role

At Prima Assicurazioni, we are constantly evolving and looking for an independent and result-oriented Business Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Online Sales department, you will report to the Head of Online Sales and play a crucial role in shaping the sustainable growth strategy of our company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our top management and the Country Manager to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and revenue.
  • Take a data-driven approach to analyze market trends and customer behavior, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans and strategies.
