Job Purpose:

The Global Compensation and Benefits Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, administration, and management of global compensation and benefits programs for EUSA Pharma. This role ensures competitive and equitable pay structures, aligning with business strategies and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Prepare annual reports, such as the company remuneration report, to provide insights into compensation and benefits practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on compensation-related matters, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Take an active part in job architecture/catalogue initiatives, playing a pivotal role in maintaining job architecture governance and pay structures.
  • Participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey results to inform compensation decisions.
  • Provide support during annual compensation review processes, ensuring timely and accurate compensation adjustments.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis, preferably in a global context.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills, with proficiency in HRIS and compensation analysis tools.
  • Experience with market pricing and job evaluation methodologies.
  • Knowledge of international compensation and benefits practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.

Technical Competencies:

  • Proficient in HRIS systems, preferably SAP Success Factors.
  • Familiarity with job architecture frameworks and job classification systems.
  • Excellent reporting and data visualization skills.

Required Languages:

Excellent communication skills in English. Italian is a plus.
