Key Responsibilities:- Serve as primary point of contact with investigative sites for budget negotiations.
- Negotiate Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and budgets with Vertex Legal and investigative sites.
- Adhere to CBM policies and procedures for CTA and budget negotiations.
- Evaluate and escalate budgets for fair market value assessments.
- Document all budget and contract activities in a tracking database.
- Liaise with Vertex Legal, Study Management, CBM, and CRO (if applicable) to address site queries.
- Attend and contribute to study-related meetings as required.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix, cross-functional team.
- Thorough understanding of clinical trial budgeting process.
- Ability to summarize high-level feedback and defend company budget decisions.
