About the Role:
Mercer Italia Srl is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Consulting Manager to join our Rewards Practice in Rome. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client projects, developing pay and benefits benchmarking, and advising Remuneration Committees and HR Directors on remuneration policy and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client projects, including preparing presentations, templates, and timelines.
- Develop pay and benefits benchmarking for executive and general workforce populations.
- Contribute to Remuneration Committees and HR Directors on remuneration policy, incentive plans, and corporate governance.
- Assist with drafting Director's Remuneration Reports.
- Work closely with team members to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in economics, organization, management, or engineering.
- At least 5-6 years of experience in consulting or HR functions with a focus on rewards and compensation.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles and a cooperative approach to managing and leading teams.
