Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Programming Strategy Manager to join our team at Netflix. As a key member of our Content Programming Strategy & Operations team, you will be responsible for driving analytics that underpin our entertainment strategy and key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise content stakeholders on content programming strategy and individual project decisions, leveraging your expertise in deal valuation, programming strategy, and analytics.
  • Develop and present complex analyses and reports to senior business leaders, using your exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Product, Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Data Science and Engineering teams, to drive business outcomes.
  • Conduct market research, track industry trends, and compile insights to inform content programming decisions.
  • Support scheduling decisions for the Italian slate, utilizing your analytical skills to drive business results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a top management consulting firm, investment bank, private equity, hedge fund, and/or media/entertainment/tech company in a strategy/business development/analytical role.
  • Passion for entertainment and a strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a track record of presenting complex analyses to executives and senior management.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate business demands of managers and stakeholders.
  • Intellectual curiosity, with the courage to challenge the status quo and drive innovation.
  • Exceptional proficiency with MS Excel/PowerPoint and/or Google Sheets/Slides.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or other relevant field that demonstrates quantitative orientation.
  • Fluency in Italian and English required.
