We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Specialist to join our team at Remote People. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing engaging content across our social media platforms, building and maintaining our online presence, driving engagement, and growing our community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand values and goals

• Create high-quality visual and written content for social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok

• Utilize a variety of content formats, such as photos, videos, graphic designs, and stories, to keep our social media presence dynamic and engaging

• Craft compelling and engaging posts that capture the spirit of our brand and resonate with our target audience

• Monitor trending topics and hashtags to leverage in our content and ensure our content remains relevant and engaging

• Collaborate with the marketing team and other key stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall content strategy

• Engage with local influencers and brand ambassadors to create collaborative content and amplify our brand message

**Requirements:**

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management and content creation

• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for design

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with conversational English language proficiency

• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

• Ability to work in a remote environment and be self-motivated
