About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join AbbVie's Commercial team as an Omnichannel Customer Experience Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that drives engagement and conversions across various channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy tailored to the needs of the Affiliate Brand Team, identifying global content and messages that resonate with customers and drive engagement.
  • Content Creation and Optimization: Oversee the creation and optimization of digital content, including supporting Marketing in writing Creative agency/Digital Content Factory briefings, collecting and implementing feedback from IFT and A/B testing.
  • Affiliate Relationship Management and Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including Affiliate and Global Brand Teams, InField Teams, Medical IFT, MLOR, Creative Agencies, DCF, and Brand Liaisons.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliate content to measure its effectiveness in driving conversions and engagements, including A/B testing expertise.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Support Marketers in adhering to regulatory requirements and local and global regulatory guidelines, conducting audits to ensure quality and compliance, and providing feedback to Brand Teams.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to affiliate brand teams to help them optimize their content and improve their performance, including creating training materials and offering guidance on content best practices.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the affiliate marketing space.
  • Reporting and Communication: Generate regular reports on affiliate content performance and communicate insights and recommendations to AMT, including providing updates to management on the effectiveness of affiliate content campaigns and sharing success stories or best practices with the wider team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, science, economics, technology, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in consultancy, creative agencies, multinational companies outside Pharma, bio-pharma/bio-technology with a proven track record of omnichannel content management.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into content solutions to support an Advanced Customer Experience.
  • Team player with excellent oral and written English skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers and senior leaders.
