Job Title: Customer Experience Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Business Manager to join our team at Daiichi Sankyo. As a key member of our Specialty Business Division, you will be responsible for coordinating all customer-facing roles to deliver personalized and orchestrated customer experiences within your geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional business plans to improve customer experience and achieve business objectives in your territory.
  • Lead and develop a team of CX specialists to create personalized customer experiences using an omnichannel approach.
  • Use data insights to make business decisions and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Distinct knowledge of local networks and decision-making processes.
  • Experience leading a team in a commercial environment.
  • Ability to make decisions, arbitrate, and mentor team members.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to build trust with team members.
