We are looking for a European Vet Manager to lead our team in the Naples Plant with frequent trips abroad.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing the European Vet Manager Team and Vet sales reps;">
  • Training of new Vet Hr and products features;">
  • Establishment of standards and Kpi's to track performances of the single person/team;">
  • Contribute to organization's goals plus objectives and enhance market share and sales performance;">
  • Promotional planning, agreement with commercial director, crucial customers;">
  • Developing, supervising and improving procedures linking entire marketing activities with sales team activities;">
  • Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility;">
  • Creation of new materials, trainings and procedures for the Vet Channel;">
  • Execution of new projects and roll out planning in all countries;">
  • Negotiation with chains of clinics, Hospitals and Universities;">
  • Developing and keeping good relations with business partners (stakeholders, buyers, KOL);">
  • Working in close coordination with colleagues of other departments and Country Managers;">
  • Dealing with distributors supporting them with marketing actions in the vet channel;">
  • Ability to lead, manage, motivate a team of local Vet teams;">
