Procurement and Acquisition Manager

RINA is a multinational player providing certification, marine classification, product testing, site supervision, and engineering consultancy services across various sectors. As a Procurement and Acquisition Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our projects.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and planning, with experience in managing procurement processes, drafting statements of work, and supporting departmental activities. You will be responsible for supporting the procurement of materials, drafting SoW for non-recurring activities, planning departmental activities, and supporting quality management.
Key Responsibilities- Support in managing procurement processes, including purchasing, inventory management, and contract administration.
- Drafting Statements of Work (SoW) for non-recurring activities to be outsourced.
- Planning departmental activities, including scheduling, Gantt charts, workload management, and resource allocation.
- Supporting quality management, including handling internal and external non-conformities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Basic technical background with knowledge of tools for procurement and materials incoming management (e.g., SAP).
- Proficiency in tools for departmental activity planning (e.g., WinProject, Primavera, etc.).
- Familiarity with tools for product configuration management (e.g., WindChill).
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create macros or optimized spreadsheets for data input.
