Are you a young graduate with global ambitions eager to develop your leadership potential and shape the future of banking?
ING's International Talent Programme (ITP) offers you the chance to make the most of your talent and develop the skills and knowledge to become a future leader in the IT Security field.
As an IT Security Trainee, you will be part of a comprehensive programme that provides talented graduates with the opportunity to rotate between different projects and departments within the IT Security team.
During your rotations, you will gain hands-on experience in various IT Security activities, including security alert handling, incident response, threat analysis, and physical security assessments.
After your rotations, you will have the opportunity to choose a long-term position based on your experience and area of interest.
What we're looking for:
- You have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Business Studies (with a strong quantitative profile).
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- An innovative take on banking and an unconditional drive to turn your ideas into reality.
- You are enthusiastic and consider the interests of our customers and colleagues.
- You act with integrity and responsibility.
- You are fluent in English and Italian; foreign candidates have an advanced knowledge of Italian (at least B2).
- High-level knowledge of the Tech environment, preferably Infrastructure.
- You have a maximum of 2 years of professional experience.
