Job Title: Real Estate Structured Finance Analyst/Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Structured Finance Analyst/Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for underwriting and structuring commercial real estate structured finance transactions, including leading cashflow modeling. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the loan market, its dynamics, and related instruments, including credit and rates derivatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Underwrite and structure commercial real estate structured finance transactions, including leading cashflow modeling.
  • Assist in the structuring and execution of real estate commercial mortgage loans, including participation in the drafting of written documents.
  • Participate in the distribution of commercial mortgage loans through the syndication market or alternative routes.
  • Monitor deals in the book and maintain close contact with the CRE market.
  • Develop a clear understanding of real estate asset management strategies and interact with clients under the supervision of Senior Front Officers.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory obligations.
  • Participate in the origination of Real Estate advisory mandates and conduct risk analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master degree from a top-ranked business and/or engineering college.
  • Commercial Real Estate specialization is welcomed.
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in Structured financing in banks, insurers, and/or private equity funds.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
