Job Title: Real Estate Structured Finance Analyst/Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Structured Finance Analyst/Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for underwriting and structuring commercial real estate structured finance transactions, including leading cashflow modeling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Underwrite and structure commercial real estate structured finance transactions, including leading cashflow modeling
  • Assist in the structuring and execution of real estate commercial mortgage loans, including participation in the redaction of written documents
  • Participate in the distribution of commercial mortgage loans through the syndication market or alternative routes using debt capital market techniques
  • Monitor deals in the book and maintain close contact with the CRE market
  • Interact with clients under the supervision of Senior Front Officers during the execution phase of transactions
  • Ensure full compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory obligations
  • Participate in the origination of Real Estate advisory mandates
  • Conduct risk analysis and understanding of all issues relevant for each transaction
  • Financial analysis and modeling of the considered projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master degree from a top-ranked business and/or engineering college
  • Commercial Real Estate specialization is welcomed
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in Structured financing in banks, insurers, and/or private equity funds
  • Language skills: English (C2), Italian and/or Spanish (B2)
  • Professional command of MS Office
  • Understanding of the loan market, its dynamics, and the related instruments
  • Capacity to generate pitch material that is clear, structured, compelling, and comprehensive
  • Flexibility and responsiveness
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships
  • Commercial acumen and persistence in addressing clients' needs
  • Proactive approach to develop business adapted to clients' and markets' needs
  • Very good ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
  • Very good communication skills
  • Team spirit
