We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Southern Europe team at Manhattan Associates. Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical guidance and support to resolve functional challenges and optimize the use of our software.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their continued satisfaction with our solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our solutions and services.
- Proven experience in software implementation and post-implementation support, with a strong understanding of database languages and cloud technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and French, with proficiency in Italian a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with occasional extended stays within the EMEA region.
