Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team at Radware. As a key member of our EMEA region, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to our customers, ensuring their success with our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Pre-Sale Engineers to develop technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and customizations to create tailored solutions.
  • Design and document technical solutions, including Statements of Work (SoW), Level of Detail (LOD), and Acceptance Test Plans (ATP).
  • Implement solutions according to agreed schedules and timelines, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation, collaborating with internal teams and customers as needed.
  • Conduct technical workshops and consulting sessions with customers and partners to ensure successful adoption of our solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal and customer personnel to facilitate effective collaboration.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of industry-relevant experience in integration work, specifically in Networking and Security.
  • Proven customer orientation and on-site support experience.
  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with L2/L3 Switching/Routing, L4/L7 switching/load balancing.
  • Familiarity with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, security consulting, SSL, and IPSec.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, and virtualization products (VMware, KVM).
  • Good knowledge of Linux environment and script writing skills in at least one of the following: Bash, Perl, Python.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on complex problem-solving and resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, both locally and internationally.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Radware products or other Application Delivery products/solutions.
  • Experience with DoS attack mitigation solutions.
  • Multi-language ability, with a strong advantage for French fluency.
