About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Account Manager to join our team. As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Frequent negotiations with key affiliate partners to drive business growth;
  • Attracting new partners through multi-channel strategies;
  • Resolving challenging requests from paying members;
  • Acquiring new partnerships through data-driven insights and market analysis;
  • Providing comprehensive consultancy, support, and training on system portals;
  • Conducting performance analysis on regional accounts and developing strategies for new partner acquisitions;
  • Monitoring account activities to identify precise solutions;
  • Developing and submitting development pipelines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Chinese, English, or Russian (reading, writing, and communication skills at C1+ level);
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Experience in working with contractors, partners, and claims;
  • Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel);
  • Advanced user of Google Workspace.
