About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Account Manager to join our team. As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Frequent negotiations with key affiliate partners to drive business growth;
- Attracting new partners through multi-channel strategies;
- Resolving challenging requests from paying members;
- Acquiring new partnerships through data-driven insights and market analysis;
- Providing comprehensive consultancy, support, and training on system portals;
- Conducting performance analysis on regional accounts and developing strategies for new partner acquisitions;
- Monitoring account activities to identify precise solutions;
- Developing and submitting development pipelines.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, or Russian (reading, writing, and communication skills at C1+ level);
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Experience in working with contractors, partners, and claims;
- Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel);
- Advanced user of Google Workspace.
