Customer Care & Success Specialist
At Akiflow, we are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our fully-remote team. As a Customer Care & Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users, understanding their pain points, and collaborating with our marketing and product teams to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to our users via various channels
- Understand user personas and develop a deep understanding of their needs
- Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to ensure user needs are met
- Manage our feature request platform and Slack community
- Analyze user behavior and track new feature KPIs
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service roles
- Excellent reading comprehension, listening, and writing skills in English
- Positive outlook, enthusiasm, and strong internal drive
- Strong desire to work at an early-stage startup on a small team
