Job Title: Progress Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Progress Manager to join our team at LePub. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects and maintaining efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are properly booked and run according to plan.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day creative workload and workflow, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Manage resources, including assigning tasks and ensuring adequate coverage during holidays and out-of-office periods.
  • Lead daily stand-ups with agency departments to resolve issues, conflicts, or changes.
  • Recruit and hire freelance resources as needed to support project requirements.
  • Document and maintain detailed department procedures to represent team workflows.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Progress Manager, Traffic Coordinator/Manager position, or a previous account position.
  • Proven ability to work within an agency environment and understand creative workflows.
  • Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships and provide clear, actionable feedback and direction.
