Job Title: Progress Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Progress Manager to join our team at LePub. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and maintaining efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with account leads and the creative team to ensure projects are booked in correctly and run to plan.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day creative workload and workflow, ensuring resources are suitably assigned to complete projects.
  • Manage creative resources holiday and out of office requests, ensuring minimal disruption to projects.
  • Lead daily stand-ups with all agency departments, resolving highlighted issues, conflicts, or changes.
  • Help recruit and hire freelance resources for projects when needed, ensuring the best talent is brought on board.
  • Document and maintain detailed department procedures that clearly represent the overall team workflows.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience in a Progress Manager, Traffic Coordinator/Manager position, or a previous account position.
  • Experience working within an agency environment, with a full understanding of creative workflows.
  • Ability to resolve highlighted issues, conflicts, or changes, and maintain a highly structured approach with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships and efficiently communicate across multiple cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborative team player who is generous with sharing input, and able to embody the company's values and team goals.
