PRAXI è una Società di Consulenza leader nel settore immobiliare, con una vasta esperienza nel settore delle valutazioni di beni materiali ed immateriali.

Scopo del ruolo:

La figura, collocata all'interno della Business Unit "Due Diligence" della divisione Valutazioni e Advisory, svolgerà attività di due diligence tecnica per clienti caratterizzati da rilevanti e diversificate consistenze patrimoniali.

Le attività:

  • Reperimento, analisi e verifica della documentazione necessaria per le diverse tipologie di due diligence richiesta;
  • Analisi tecnica delle attività di conformità e regolarizzazione catastale e urbanistica;
  • Certificazione energetica;
  • Interfaccia con tecnici esterni e dei facility / building manager del cliente nel recupero documentale e nei sopralluoghi sugli immobili oggetto di valorizzazione.

Il candidato ideale:

  • Laureato in Architettura o Ingegneria Edile/Civile/Urbanistica;
  • Esperienza di almeno 1 anno nel settore Real Estate;
  • Dotato di spiccate capacità relazionali/comunicative, doti organizzative completano il profilo.
