Job Summary

We are seeking a Guest Arrival Expert/Bellboy to join our pre-opening team. This is a full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off. The starting date is estimated in August/September.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an authentic and sophisticated welcome and farewell to all guests entering/leaving the hotel.
  • Assist both arriving and departing guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms.
  • Supply guests with directions and information about the property amenities and services.
  • Arrange transportation for guests and record advance transportation requests.
  • Monitor the front driveway to ensure a smooth flow of traffic and inspect arriving cars for damages.
Requirements
  • A warm and people-oriented demeanor, with a team-first attitude.
  • Positive outlook and outgoing personality.
  • Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and multi-tasking ability.
  • Great storytelling skills in English and at least intermediate Italian.
  • Previous bellman/doorman experience is a plus.
