Key Responsibilities:

Propose and sell tour packages to guests during the cruise, ensuring revenue targets are met.

Assist guests on local excursions, adhering to safety standards and providing exceptional service.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, driving new business and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Identify and suggest new ways to enhance the guest experience, increasing revenue and satisfaction.

Oversee the organization of excursions and transfers, including back-office activities and preparation of support materials.

Report to the Tour Manager on guest needs, interests, and opportunities for new products and services.

Provide language translations during excursions, ensuring guests receive excellent language services.

Ensure guest safety and well-being during excursions, providing immediate support as needed.

Contribute to a strong safety culture, following and supporting all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Secondary school diploma in Tourism or Languages (bachelor's degree preferred).

Proven track record in Sales, with experience as a Tour Operator a plus.

Fluent English and Italian language skills, with a good command of a fourth language (Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese).

Proficient in MS Office package.

Problem-solving and team-work oriented.
