TAPI Operations Excellence Lead

Drive Operational Excellence Strategy and Master Plan for TAPI Operations, aligning with corporate goals. Design OPEX performance targets to enhance performance and health across the TAPI Ops network. Identify impactful opportunities and manage a global change initiative portfolio. Ensure the team is equipped with necessary skills for transformation and sustainable OPEX solutions. Contribute significantly to the global AOP process, capturing OPEX benefits in P&L targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and lead global initiatives and focused projects that achieve optimization.
  • Ensure local site and functional initiatives are scoped for impact.
  • Provide business partnership to different functions.
  • Align operational improvement activities at all levels of the organization.
  • Implement focused operational improvement activities on high value.
  • Identify and improve OpEx organizational strength – people and other resources.
  • Establish desired objectives, performance measures, and continuous improvement targets.
  • Provide visibility to performance objectives and KPIs.
  • Establish and set internal targets and focus areas; measuring outcomes.
  • Ensure sites have capabilities to conduct OPEX assessments and remediate gaps.
  • Ensure sites have capability to lead optimization and OPEX/cost reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure TAPI OPEX standards are executed at the sites.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related engineering/technical or scientific discipline.
  • Strong OPEX and transformation knowledge.
  • 10 years of recent experience leading multi-site improvement in manufacturing.
  • API experience is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years prior operations experience in Production, SCM, MS&T, Engineering or other.
  • Strong communications, project management, training facilitation, and change management skills.
  • Fluency in English, excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to travel 30% globally (primarily Europe).
