ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our Support Team in the Operations department. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to Executive/Team Assistants, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and represent BCG in a manner consistent with our value statement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with Executive/Team Assistants, Payroll, and Wellbeing Departments to manage administrative tasks, including travel expenses and other processes;
  • Contribute to defining and tracking relevant KPIs for the Department;
  • Maintain working relationships with our Global Travel & Expense team to facilitate information flow and expense reimbursement approvals;
  • Process expenses reports with high precision and confidentiality;
  • Support Operations colleagues with various administrative duties;
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Precision, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining confidentiality;
  • Organizational and time-management skills;
  • Reliability and goal-oriented approach;
  • Strong communication skills in Italian and English (C1);
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to understand users' needs;
  • Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously;
  • Bachelor's degree (completed or ongoing) or equivalent work experience;
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
