About the Role

We are looking for a Production Foreman/Forewoman to oversee our production operations, reporting directly to the Head of the Production unit.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing personnel and directing production processes within your department to meet key performance indicators, including productivity, quality metrics, material efficiency, injury prevention, and overall health and safety.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating production teams (blue-collar workers) within your department, supported by Team Leaders, to achieve departmental goals: productivity, quality, material efficiency, injury prevention, and health standards;
- Providing daily support to Team Leaders in their tasks due to your supervisory role over the production staff;
- Exercising disciplinary leadership over production employees in your department;
- Organizing workforce into teams and managing reorganization in the absence of Team Leaders;
- Conducting daily meetings with Team Leaders to align on production matters: planning and organization of activities, sharing information, and identifying issues for discussion and resolution.
- Maintaining awareness and understanding of: production workflows, processes, and products; company policies and procedures; risks associated with activities, equipment, and tools used in your department; health management initiatives; and the Lamborghini Production System (LPS).
- Managing personnel by defining roles, responsibilities, and objectives within your teams; establishing timelines and workflows; and fostering the development of skills and competencies.
About You
- A degree in engineering or a technical/scientific field;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors;
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian and German is a plus;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Excellent teamwork abilities;
- Strong organizational capabilities;
